To use certain features of SlyGen, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account

SlyGen operates on a coin-based system:

• Coins are required to generate images
• Different models may require different amounts of coins
• All sales are final and non-refundable
• Prices may change with notice

You may not use SlyGen to generate content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Impersonates others without consent

The SlyGen platform applies the following user content storage rules:

• The SlyGen platform stores generated files (images and videos) for 30 days from the date of creation. After this period, files are automatically deleted without possibility of recovery.
• Users agree to download necessary files in a timely manner before the storage period expires, independently ensure backup of important content, and not demand file recovery from the Platform after the storage period has expired.
• The Platform sends automatic notifications 7 days before file deletion to the contact information provided by the user. Non-receipt of notification is not grounds for extending the storage period or recovering files.
• The Platform is not responsible for data loss by the user due to automatic deletion after expiration of the storage period, file unavailability after the 30-day period, or technical problems when downloading files.
