Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the SlyGen AI image and video generation platform. By using SlyGen, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination.

1. Age Restriction and Adult Content

SlyGen is an adult content platform restricted to users who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using the Service:

  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view adult content in your jurisdiction
  • You understand that the Service may generate Not Safe For Work (NSFW) adult content
  • You accept full responsibility for accessing and viewing such content
  • You agree not to share access to the Service with any person under 18 years of age

IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, YOU MUST NOT USE THIS SERVICE. ACCESSING THE SERVICE BY MINORS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

2. Permitted Use

SlyGen allows the generation of adult content within the following guidelines:

  • AI-generated images and videos depicting fictional adult characters (18+)
  • Content created for personal entertainment and private use
  • Creative and artistic expression within legal boundaries
  • Content depicting only clearly adult fictional characters in consensual scenarios

All generated content is artificial and does not depict real events or individuals. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with local laws.

3. Absolutely Prohibited Content (ZERO TOLERANCE)

The following content is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in IMMEDIATE account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:

  • CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL (CSAM): Any content depicting, suggesting, or implying minors (persons under 18) in sexual or suggestive situations. This includes "aged-up" characters, "loli/shota" content, or any attempt to generate images of minors. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY.
  • NON-CONSENSUAL IMAGERY OF REAL PEOPLE: Creating deepfakes, nude images, or sexual content using the likeness of real individuals without their explicit consent, including celebrities, public figures, or private individuals
  • BESTIALITY AND ZOOPHILIA: Any sexual content involving animals
  • EXTREME VIOLENCE: Content depicting torture, mutilation, gore, or violence intended to cause real harm
  • TERRORISM AND EXTREMISM: Content promoting terrorism, terrorist organizations, or extremist ideologies

WE COOPERATE FULLY WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT. ATTEMPTS TO GENERATE CSAM OR OTHER ILLEGAL CONTENT WILL BE REPORTED TO APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES, INCLUDING NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).

4. Other Prohibited Content

You may not use SlyGen to create, generate, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Constitutes harassment, bullying, stalking, or threats against any individual
  • Promotes discrimination or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Contains malware, viruses, phishing attempts, or other harmful code
  • Promotes illegal activities including drug trafficking, human trafficking, or fraud
  • Attempts to deceive viewers into believing AI-generated content is real (malicious deepfakes)
  • Violates any applicable local, national, or international law

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

  • Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or disable content filters or safety systems
  • Using prompt injection, jailbreaking techniques, or other methods to generate prohibited content
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring account credentials
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts without explicit authorization
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
  • Reselling or redistributing the Service or generated content for commercial purposes without license
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Service
  • Circumventing payment systems or engaging in fraudulent transactions

6. Content Moderation and Filtering

SlyGen employs a multi-level content moderation system to ensure compliance:

  • Level 1 - Prompt Filter: AI-powered text analysis of user prompts to detect and block prohibited content requests before generation
  • Level 2 - CLIP Model Analysis: AI-based image and video analysis to verify generated content and uploaded images comply with our policies
  • Level 3 - Manual Review: Our moderation team may review flagged content for final determination
  • Automated Logging: All generation requests and outputs may be logged for safety and compliance purposes

Attempting to circumvent these filters is a violation of this policy and may result in immediate termination.

7. User Responsibilities

By using SlyGen, you agree to the following responsibilities:

  • You are solely responsible for all content you generate, upload, or share using the Service
  • You will not use the Service to harm, defame, or violate the rights of any person
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • You will immediately report any violations of this policy you encounter
  • You understand that you may be held legally liable for misuse of the Service

8. Enforcement and Penalties

Violations of this policy will be addressed according to the severity of the offense:

  • Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a formal warning
  • Content Removal: Violating content will be immediately removed without notice
  • Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations may result in temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
  • Permanent Termination: Serious violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund
  • Legal Action: For illegal content (especially CSAM), we will report to law enforcement and cooperate fully with investigations

We reserve sole discretion in determining violations and appropriate enforcement actions. Decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

9. Public Gallery Guidelines

Content shared to the public gallery is subject to additional restrictions:

  • Only content rated as "Erotic" or below may appear in the public gallery - explicit pornographic content is not permitted in public
  • No content depicting realistic violence or disturbing imagery
  • No content that could be mistaken for real photographs of identifiable individuals
  • All public content must comply with general community standards

Explicit content may be generated and stored in your private gallery but may not be shared publicly.

10. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly:

  • Email our abuse team at the address below
  • Use the in-app reporting feature when available
  • For CSAM or imminent threats, contact local law enforcement directly

11. Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be announced on the platform and/or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
